- The objective of the team is to improve access to palliative care. Primarily, we try to work on issues of public policy relating to end-of-life care, improve patient autonomy, and generally promote a regulatory environment that permits a good death.
- Co-authored a set of model orders for states to implement the Supreme Court judgment in Common Cause v Union of India.
- Co-authored research (e.g., healthcare facilities regulation report, professional regulation report, the patient rights report) on healthcare issues in Indian courts; research included scraping and analysis (Python, NLP) of datasets of criminal, civil, consumer, & constitutional cases (n > 60k) from Indian courts, comparative analysis, & literature review.
- Co-authored institutional comments to the MoHFW on the draft Drugs, Medical Devices and Cosmetics Bill, 2022; research included extensive literature review & a global comparative analysis; presented for public dissemination in op-eds.

- Drafted extensive legal documentation for an arbitration center startup and ODR platform (e.g., arbitration, mediation, & ODR rules); research included extensive reviews with international conventions, other arbitration rules, & the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
- I also conducted negotiations with software development firms, sat in sales meetings with large financial institution, & and assisted management consultants to develop a pitch deck.
